• Server ID & Name
• Channel ID (for bot announcement settings)
• User ID & Username
• Favorited images (with user ID + prompt)
• Beta access requests (server/user IDs, names, timestamp)

We do not store messages, prompts (unless favorited), IPs, or payment data.

2. Where It's Stored

Local JSON database for standard use. MongoDB is used for subscription data.

3. Third-Party Services

• Discord API (command handling, user/server info)
• OpenAI (for Plus model image generation)
• Patreon (subscriptions)

4. Why We Collect Data

• Store user/server preferences
• Enable favorites, announcements, and beta access
• Moderation + abuse prevention

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell or share your data. Info is only shared with services that power Imagatty or when required by law.

6. Data Retention

Favorited images are stored as long as they are marked as favorites. If unfavorited, they are deleted.
Beta request logs remain unless requested for deletion.
Subscription info is retained as long as needed.

7. User Rights

• Request deletion of your user or server data
• Request to view what data we have (if safe to share)

8. Data Security

We use reasonable measures to protect your data, but cannot guarantee 100% security due to the nature of online systems.
