1. Introduction

Imagatty is a Discord bot for AI image generation and creative tools. By using it, you agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility

Users must comply with Discord's Terms of Service (13+ minimum). Imagatty imposes no further age limits.

3. Content Usage and Restrictions

Content filters are enforced by external models (Basic/Plus). If your content is rejected, it's because it violated their filters. Plus requests still use credits even if filtered.

• No NSFW in SFW servers
• No NSFW or suggestive content involving minors

4. Subscriptions and Credits

• Monthly subscriptions deliver credits for image generation
• Credits don't roll over
• One-time credit packs available per month (Feature only available using Discord Purchases.)
• All sales are final

5. Payments

All payments are processed securely through Patreon. Imagatty does not store any card or billing data.

6. Responsibility and Ownership

Users and server moderators are responsible for moderation and how images are used. No ownership is granted or claimed.

7. Uptime

Imagatty is intended to run 24/7 but may be offline at times. Subscriptions are unaffected by temporary downtime.

8. Termination

Access may be revoked if users abuse features, violate terms, or break platform rules. Action may be taken without prior warning.

9. Changes

These Terms may be updated anytime. Updates will be announced. Continued use implies acceptance of the current Terms.
